8thPayHub is an independent utility. It does not issue government orders, process government benefits, make official pay determinations, or provide government services.

8thPayHub and ZMOHI Studio are not affiliated with, sponsored, authorized, or endorsed by the Government of India, any State or Union Territory Government, any Pay Commission, or any government department.
Names of schemes, government departments, rules, office memorandums, and pay commissions are used for identification, analysis, and informational reference only. Their use does not imply official affiliation.
For authoritative information, consult the relevant official department, employer, gazette notification, order, circular, or government portal.
4. Calculations, projections, and accuracy
All calculator outputs are informational estimates based on input values, selected assumptions, available source data, and implemented formulas. Actual outcomes may differ due to eligibility, effective dates, promotions, state/departmental rules, rounding, exemptions, revised notifications, and individual circumstances.
8th Pay Commission projections are scenario-based illustrations—not announced or guaranteed salary increases. No specific fitment factor, salary change, pension amount, or implementation date should be treated as official unless confirmed by an applicable authoritative notification.
You are responsible for checking input accuracy and verifying consequential calculations with your employer, accounts office, pension authority, tax professional, or another appropriate qualified adviser. Do not rely solely on this app for a financial, employment, legal, or retirement decision.
5. No professional advice
8thPayHub does not provide personalized legal, tax, investment, accounting, pension, or financial advice. Information provided through the app is educational and general. The availability of a calculation tool does not create a professional-client relationship.
6. Permitted use
You may use the service for lawful personal, educational, and internal reference purposes. You agree not to:
- deliberately disrupt the service or circumvent its reasonable security controls;
- misrepresent 8thPayHub's outputs as official government documents or approvals;
- use the service for fraud, deceptive claims, or violations of applicable law;
- attempt unauthorized access to systems, user information, or administrative functions;
- reproduce or redistribute substantial proprietary elements in a manner that violates applicable intellectual-property rights.
Nothing in these Terms limits rights that cannot lawfully be restricted.

Official government documents, trademarks, names, and third-party materials remain the property of their respective owners and are not claimed as ZMOHI Studio's intellectual property.
