Learner Licence: RTO Exam (also referred to as RTO Exam, RTO Learner's Licence Practice, or the “App”) is provided by ZMOHI Studio (“we”, “our”, or “us”). We respect your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how information is handled when you use the App, including its optional RTO Pro Lifetime in-app purchase.
1. Information Stored on Your Device
The App may save the following information locally so that its learning and testing features work:
- Selected state and language
- App settings, such as theme preferences
- Questions reviewed, saved, or bookmarked
- Mock-test attempts, answers, scores, and test history
- Learning progress, topic accuracy, weak-topic analysis, and mistake-revision history
- Daily free mock-test usage and unfinished-test state
Learning statistics and personalised practice recommendations are calculated using local algorithms. We do not use an AI service to analyse your answers. We do not intentionally transmit your question answers or local study history to our servers.
Local data may be removed if you clear the App's data or uninstall it. Where supported by your device, Android's backup and restore mechanisms may operate under your device and Google account settings.
2. Purchases and Payment Information
The App offers an optional RTO Pro Lifetime purchase, processed through Google Play Billing. It is a one-time purchase, not a recurring subscription.
Google Play manages the checkout and payment methods. We do not directly collect or store your full payment-card number or banking credentials. Google may process payment information under its own policies.
To activate and restore Pro access, the App and any purchase-verification service we operate may process limited transaction-related information, such as a Google Play purchase token, product identifier, purchase status, and verification or entitlement status. This information is used to verify purchases, prevent fraud, restore access, and respond to refunds or revocations. Purchase verification may require sending these identifiers to a secure service and Google's verification systems. We do not use this information for advertising.
If you request a refund, purchases and refunds are subject to the applicable Google Play policies.

3. Analytics and Personalised Practice
The App includes learning-performance features such as test scores, progress charts, weak-topic identification, and mistake revision. These calculations are performed on your device using local algorithms.
We do not currently use third-party advertising analytics or behavioural tracking services in the App. If we introduce additional analytics or diagnostic services that collect data, we will update this policy and the applicable Google Play disclosures before using them.
4. Advertising
The App does not display third-party advertisements. The free version and RTO Pro are both ad-free.
5. Google Play Services and Reviews
The App may use Google Play services for in-app purchases, purchase restoration, and optional in-app review prompts. When you interact with Google Play's purchase or review interface, Google may process related information under its own privacy policy.
We do not receive the contents of private payment credentials through these interfaces. Submitting an app review is optional.
6. Data Sharing
We do not sell or rent your personal information. We only transmit limited purchase-related information where necessary to process and verify purchases and maintain Pro access, as described above, or where legally required.
Links to external websites, including Google Play or other reference resources, are governed by the privacy practices of those services.
7. Data Retention and Deletion
Learning data stored locally generally remains on your device until you clear the App's storage, uninstall it, or use an in-app deletion function if one is available.
Purchase-verification records, if maintained on a backend, may be retained as necessary to provide lifetime access, manage refunds, prevent fraud, and meet legal obligations. If you have a privacy or deletion request concerning information under our control, contact us using the address below. Some transaction records may be retained where legally required; Google separately controls information held in your Google account and Google Play purchase history.
Restoring your Pro purchase does not necessarily restore locally stored learning progress.
8. Data Security
We take reasonable steps to safeguard information processed for purchase verification, including using secure connections and limiting access where applicable. No system is completely secure. You should also protect access to your device and Google account.
9. Children's Privacy
The App is intended for a general audience preparing for learner's licence examinations. We do not knowingly solicit personal information from children. Payments, when available, are handled by Google Play and may be subject to account or family approval requirements.
If you believe a child has provided personal information directly to us, please contact us so that we can review the request.
10. Changes to This Privacy Policy
We may revise this policy to reflect changes in the App, its services, or applicable requirements. Updates will be published at the privacy-policy link and may also be made available within the App. The date at the top indicates when this policy was last revised.
