02.Description of Service

SMS Forwarder provides users with an on-device utility to automatically forward selected incoming Short Message Service (SMS) text messages received on their Android device to configured destination email addresses using their connected Gmail account.

The Application supports the following features and user controls:

• SMS-to-Gmail Forwarding: Forwarding incoming SMS messages to designated email inboxes through official Google OAuth authentication.
• Dual SIM & Source Selection: Selecting which SIM subscriptions (SIM 1, SIM 2, or both) are active for forwarding on multi-SIM Android devices.
• Smart SMS Filtering: Configurable rules to filter incoming messages, including OTP exclusion by default.
• Sender Filtering: Forwarding messages from specific contacts or senders, or defining senders to ignore.
• Forwarding Schedules: Specifying active operating hours or days during which forwarding is enabled to maintain work-life boundaries.
• Multiple Destinations: Configuring and managing one or more destination email addresses.
• Forwarding History: Viewing local on-device logs of processed messages and email delivery statuses.

03.User Responsibilities

You maintain exclusive control over how the Application is configured and operated on your Android handset. You are solely responsible for:

• Configuring your forwarding preferences, rules, filters, schedules, and active SIM sources accurately.
• Choosing, verifying, and maintaining the security of all destination email addresses to which messages are dispatched.
• Safeguarding your device, lock screen, and connected Google account credentials against unauthorized access.
• Using the Application in strict compliance with all applicable local, national, and international laws, telecommunications regulations, and privacy statutes.
• Ensuring that you possess full legal authorization to access, read, and forward the communications received on the host device.
• Obtaining any necessary consent from senders or third parties before forwarding messages containing personal, sensitive, confidential, or proprietary information.

04.Google Account and Gmail Integration

SMS Forwarder utilizes Google OAuth authentication to request authorization from you to send outgoing email messages via your Gmail account.

05.SMS and OTP Forwarding

The Application offers dedicated filtering options to handle one-time passwords (OTPs) and multi-factor authentication codes:

• OTP Exclusion Default: By default, OTP messages are excluded from forwarding in all new configurations to protect sensitive two-factor authentication credentials.
• Explicit User Selection: Users may choose to forward all messages or forward OTP messages only, but doing so requires explicit, voluntary user selection in the filter settings.
• User Responsibility: Users assume full responsibility for their forwarding preferences and for ensuring that destination email inboxes receiving OTP codes are properly secured with strong credentials and two-factor authentication.
• Anti-Fraud Advisory: You should never configure SMS Forwarder or enable OTP forwarding at the instruction, request, or coercion of an unknown caller, prospective employer, buyer, or unsolicited third party. Disclosing verification codes to untrusted parties can lead to financial loss or compromised personal accounts.

06.Privacy and Data Handling

SMS Forwarder is designed with a privacy-focused client architecture. The Application executes message filtering and email generation locally on your Android handset, communicating directly with Google's Gmail APIs:

• No ZMOHI Intermediary Server: ZMOHI Studio does not operate, host, or route your messages through a private SMS-forwarding server or cloud relay. Your text messages never pass through or get stored on ZMOHI Studio servers.
• Transmission Disclosure:Delivering forwarded messages necessarily requires transmission over the internet via Google's Gmail service and through to the email provider hosting your destination address. Forwarded message contents do not remain solely on your device once an email transmission is initiated.
• Zero Advertisements: The Application is 100% ad-free, does not sell your personal data, and does not incorporate commercial advertising trackers or analytics SDKs.

07.Service Availability and Delivery Limitations

While SMS Forwarder is engineered for high reliability, successful and timely forwarding depends on a variety of external systems and device factors beyond our control, including:

• Mobile network carrier reception and SMS delivery to the handset.
• Active and stable internet connectivity (mobile data or Wi-Fi) on the device.
• Android operating system permissions, background processing restrictions, Doze mode battery optimization, and device-manufacturer power-management routines.
• Valid, active Google authentication tokens and user account standing.
• Google API quotas, rate limits, and server availability.
• Destination mail server availability, spam filtering, inbox quotas, and receiving firewall rules.

Consequently, ZMOHI Studio does not guarantee that message forwarding will be instantaneous, uninterrupted, or error-free. The Application is not designed for mission-critical, life-safety, emergency, or high-risk communications where message delay or delivery failure could result in injury, death, physical damage, or financial loss.

08.Acceptable Use Policy

You agree that you will not use SMS Forwarder to:

• Engage in unlawful surveillance, wiretapping, stalking, harassment, or unauthorized interception of communications.
• Facilitate fraudulent activities, identity theft, financial scams, or deceptive social engineering.
• Circumvent security mechanisms, access controls, or multi-factor authentication systems without explicit authorization.
• Transmit or forward spam, unsolicited bulk messages, abusive content, or material that infringes upon the intellectual property or privacy rights of any party.
• Attempt to decompile, reverse engineer, disassemble, or derive the source code of the Application, except where permitted by applicable mandatory law.

09.Third-Party Services

SMS Forwarder relies upon third-party platforms and APIs provided by Google LLC (including Google Play Services, Google Identity OAuth, and the Gmail API) and the Android operating system.

Your use of such third-party services is subject to their respective terms and privacy policies. ZMOHI Studio does not control and assumes no liability for the availability, operational changes, policies, terms, or actions of third-party service providers.

10.Disclaimer of Warranties

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, SMS Forwarder is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, statutory, or otherwise, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, title, or error-free operation.

Nothing in these Terms shall exclude, limit, or modify any statutory consumer guarantees or rights that cannot be lawfully excluded or limited under applicable mandatory consumer protection legislation.

11.Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall ZMOHI Studio, its developers, or affiliates be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, data, messages, business opportunities, or goodwill arising out of or related to your use of or inability to use the Application, delivery delays, network outages, or unauthorized access to destination inboxes.

These limitations apply to the maximum extent permissible under governing law, and do not affect mandatory statutory rights of consumers that cannot be waived by contract.

12.Changes to the Service or Terms

ZMOHI Studio reserves the right to amend, update, or revise these Terms of Service from time to time to reflect changes to the Application, legal requirements, or technical capabilities.

When updates occur, the revised Terms will be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. Your continued access to or use of SMS Forwarder following the posting of updated Terms constitutes your binding acceptance of those changes. If you do not accept the updated Terms, you must discontinue using the Application and uninstall it.

13.Termination and Discontinuation

You may terminate your use of SMS Forwarder at any time by disconnecting your connected Google account in the Application settings and uninstalling the App from your device.

ZMOHI Studio reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Application (or any feature thereof), or terminate user access in the event of a material violation of these Terms or applicable law, without prior notice.

14.Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms of Service, their interpretation, and any claims or disputes arising out of or related to SMS Forwarder shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law principles, and subject to any mandatory applicable consumer protection laws that apply in your jurisdiction.
